GEM is very excited to be able to provide fresh ingredients straight from our own garden. We will not be able to produce every ingredient, but we are able to produce and use a variety of fruit , vegetables and herbs to compliment our menus.
This has been a dream of Chef Chris for many years. Sustainability is important to him and not being from a heritage of farming he finds it very exciting to be a pioneer!
When visiting our venue the Farmhouse you will also
spy Black Angus in the pasture. All part of the plan for
providing excellent food.
